Billing
Every plan is month to month, with no contract and no cancellation fee.
See the price before you go any further.
It is stored only. Nothing is charged today.
Identity, authority, bond or insurance, as your role needs.
The card is charged and the account goes live. That day is your billing date. Not approved? You are never charged.
Plan, seats and add-ons together. Mid-month additions are charged for the days left.
Upgrades apply at once, downgrades from your next billing date. Cancel any time; no refund for the rest of the period.
Carrier Intermodal is the one exception: it is billed every three months, on its own date.
Add-ons
Check what a lane pays before you bid or post. Every Broker and Carrier plan includes a monthly allowance.
Lookup packs
One-time payment, for the Broker role.
Your plan lookups start again each cycle. Unused plan lookups do not carry over.
Credit packs are a one-time payment. Credits bought stay until you use them, and are used once your plan lookups run out.
Looking up the same lane again within 24 hours does not use another credit.
